PRODUCTION
Normal time for production for blank items is 1-5 days from receipt of completed PO. Imprinted items 2-3 weeks lead time upon approval of art work.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs incurred will be billed to your account.
CHANGES: All changes must be made in writing. Any charges incurred by last minute changes will be billed to your account.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Pre-payment is required on all custom orders. Custom orders must be faxed to 510-597-0264

CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes to order that have been placed into production will almost certainly cause delay. In order to make the change, the order will be rescheduled for later shipment. The charge for changing an order once it has been placed into production is $30.00 plus any other incurred charges.
ARTWORK & IMPRINTING
All artwork must be camera ready in jpeg , Adobe, or eps format.
SHIPPING
Dropship charges: $3.00 per name/address. We require an Excel File containing the following separate fields: Recipient Name, Company, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code and Enclosure Message.
TRACKING DELIVERY OF EXISTING ORDERS: Once you place your order, you will be emailed or faxed a Shipping Confirmation the same day it ships ith the FedEx tracing number included.
