Do you have a monthly gifting  program?

Our Cookie of the Month Club Nc-Club is a very popular gift and is great for your important corporate clients.

 Can you ship to PO boxes or APO's?

We cannot ship to anything but a physical street address.

Can I track my order on line?

Absolutely! Once an order is shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number(s).

What are your drop ship and gift messaging fees? 

We charge $3 drop ship fee per package and $2 fee for gift messaging.

 What format is required for art work?

 We can accept your art work in jpeg, eps, or Adobe.

 What is your sample policy?

If you have a client that would like to see or sample one of our gifts, we will offer it to them at a discount. Once an order is placed , we will credit that amount back to them. We also require a UPS or FedEx account # for shipping.

What is the shelf life on your cookies?

Since our cookies do not contain any preservatives, we reccomend that they are consumed within 5-7 days of delivery. 

What kind of personalization or imprinting do you offer?

We offer imprinting on our jars, tins, ribbons and white gloss gift boxes. We also offer color labels, personalized gift cards, and more.

Do you require full payment with a PO?

We require a 50% deposit with a PO, the balance will be charged to your account upon shipment of product. We require full payment on printed materials.
