Drop shipping Program FAQ

Our program is designed to be simple and effective to ensure your success. This is not a new concept for us. We have been offering wholesale drop shipping of gift baskets for over eight years now.

I would like to offer your products on my website what is the first step?

1. Send us an email to sales@sendcookiegifts.com and we will email you an application form .
2.  Once your membership is approved, you will be contacted by one of our representatives. You will them receive pricing and images which you can upload to your website.

 

Are there any annual or monthly membership fees?

We do not charge any fees.

Do you offer customization or imprinting on your boxes or tins?

Absolutely. We an print on almost anything: glassware, ribbons, boxes and tins. All we need is  camera ready  art and a 4 week lead time.

How will I know that my customers will not be contacted by you for marketing purposes?

Your customers will remain your customers, we do not market to them in any way, shape or form.

 

Can I send you my gift cards to be included with each gift?

Yes, we can gladly include your gift card with the orders we ship for you.

How Do I transmit my orders to you?

Once you are approved, we will send you a link to our proprietary spread sheet. You can then populate the fields with the required information and email it to: dropshipping@sendcookiegifts.com

 

 

Will you email me a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 

Can I use my own UPS or FedEx account number?

Yes we would prefer it if you supplied us with your own 3^rd party account number.

Where do you ship from and what is your cut off time?

We ship out of our facility in

Emeryville, CA

. Our cut off time for same day shipping is 12 noon PST. Orders received over the weekend or after 12 noon on Friday will ship out the following Monday.

 

Can a customer return a gift?

Due to state and federal laws, we cannot accept any returns. Please make sure that you mention this on the web site to avoid any problems in the future.

 

Do you offer seasonal gifts and baskets?

Absolutely! Our designers are constantly working on new ideas and promotions for the holidays. Once we have a new  item to offer you will be notified via email.

How and when do you bill me?

Once  your application is approved, you will be requested to supply us with a credit card number. Depending on your volume, you will be either billed weekly or monthly

 

I have a store on Ebay, can I offer your products on there?

Unfortunately we do not work with Ebay resellers.

 

Do you work with ASI and Promotional Marketing companies?
